No Pants Subway Ride 2009

I can't resist these semi-spontaneous actions..! (as can be noted here and here)

This is something even I would participate in and pull of my pants and stand there like it's the most normal thing in the world (even risking literally freezing my ass off in the subway) simply beacause looks like so much fun! The reactions of the other passengers.. *giggles* The guy at around 1:25 made me laugh like crazy.

Have a horror valentine!

To continue on the previous post about vamps, some valentine cards to match the subject.. Just for giggles..

You can bite me any day.

My fascination for vampires started way back when I was like 11 years old and I read this book "the Silver Kiss" ("Blood and Chocolate" took my fancy as well) by Annette Curtis Klause. And I was hooked. So I started watching shows as "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel. Then came "Queen of the Damned" "Underworld" and "Blade" (duh.). So to make a long story short, I was and am still hooked.

And now I have a new addiction on the vampire front..

Because it is one HOT show.. Plus gives a nice new spin to the whole vampire theme. So whoever likes a healthy dose of blood, romance, a dash of action and mystery, plus some southern charm; GO WATCH.

Oh and I so can't wait for this..

Oh and nope. Haven't watched Twilight yet, a hype has a weird counter effect on me, I wait until it's over, then I watch it. Because well, I don't do hypes.

I long for days filled with wandering in secret gardens and trough hidden ruins surrounded by a forest of golden leaves, as soft winds whisper sweet promises and a warm sun gently kisses my skin..

Inauguration Day

So I didn't really watch the inauguration (btw what an annoying word to pronounce..) day live on TV, I did watch Aretha Franklin singing, a few speeches but when the lunch started I stopped watching. (I mean, what is sadder than watching other people eat. On TV. From a great distance. Not even being able to hear their conversations or see what they are actually eating.)

I did however watch a few bits on youtube and I must say, besides Obama's powerful speech, I adored this.

And oh my, that first lady does know how to dress to impress..!
